SAMSUNG UNLOCKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Turn phone off 
Step 2: While Phone is OFF Put non carrier sim into phone 
Step 3: Turn on phone [it will then prompt you to enter either 8 digit / 16 digit NCK code 
-if NCK code doesn't work after entering it 3x Plus
Please TRY the PCK {Defreeze CODE} 
Step 4: Once code is entered IT will be unlocked for use 

Note-Remember blacklisted phones won't work back in the USA only use overseas
